Coordinator Warehouse

Your Mission:
As a logistics employee, you are responsible for the complete handling of incoming and outgoing goods. This includes:

  • Picking, packing, and labeling orders so they are ready for shipment.
  • Registering returns and performing stock counts.
  • Performing repackaging tasks.
  • Carefully inspecting shipments upon arrival and ensuring they are placed in the correct location in the warehouse.
  • Carrying out administrative tasks, such as closing delivery notes and updating location changes in the system.
  • Receiving and issuing goods.
  • Inventory management and performing minor maintenance tasks.
  • Supervising external maintenance and repair companies.
  • Working on various projects within the logistics process.
  • Contributing to the implementation of a WMS (Warehouse Management System).
    With your accuracy and structured approach, you help ensure an efficient and smooth logistics process.

Your Profile:

  • MBO-level education or equivalent work experience.
  • Sufficient technical insight and versatile, preferably with experience in warehouse management.
  • Willingness to obtain a forklift certificate if needed.
  • Practical mindset: you take initiative, think in solutions, and enjoy hands-on work.
  • Experience with projects and/or interest in contributing to project-based work within the warehouse process.
