Are you a proactive multitasker and problem solver? Do you have a strong customer focus and excellent organizational skills? We are looking for a Service Operations Support. In this role, you serve as the key link between service engineers, the service desk, and internal departments. You play a vital part in maintaining an efficient, well-organized, and customer-oriented service operation.

Your Mission:
The Service Operations Support role plays a key part in the daily operations of the service organization. In this position, you coordinate and streamline service processes, ensuring that both service engineers and the service desk can work efficiently and effectively. You are responsible for planning and coordinating the activities of service engineers, while also overseeing spare parts handling and logistics processes. In addition, you manage and maintain hotline and on-call schedules and provide administrative support to the service desk. By monitoring open service cases, you ensure timely and accurate follow-up with the relevant colleagues. You also keep an eye out for operational bottlenecks and actively contribute to improving and optimizing service processes.

Your Profile: 
•    Senior Secondary Vocational Education or Bachelor’s Degree (MBO 4/HBO) in for example Logistics, Facility Management or Industrial Engineering and Management 
•    Experience in a service, operations or technical support environment is required
•    Fluent in Dutch and English
•    German is a pre
•    Strong administrative skills
