Are you financially sharp, analytically strong, and do you enjoy maintaining oversight in complex international projects? Do you want to play a key role in managing and optimizing project finances? Then we’re looking for you!

Project Controller (32–40 hours)

Your mission:

As a Project Controller, you are the financial link within our projects. You monitor the numbers, provide clear reporting, and act as a sparring partner for both project managers and senior management. In doing so, you ensure that projects remain financially stable and well-controlled.

You translate data into clear insights and actively contribute ideas on how processes and results can be improved.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and monitoring project budgets and forecasts
• Analyzing financial results and identifying variances
• Preparing periodic reports and management information
• Advising project managers on financial risks and opportunities
• Monitoring hours, costs, and revenues
• Optimizing financial processes within projects
• Contributing to monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Finance, Business Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 2–5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical skills and numerical insight
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel
• Proactive and strong communicator in Dutch and English; German is a plus
• Independent, accurate, and results-driven
