We are looking for a proactive and structured SCM Project Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you are the owner of your assigned projects, from procurement through documentation and logistics coordination, ensuring smooth, timely, and efficient delivery.

SCM Project Coordinator

Your Mission:

In this role, you will take full responsibility for a project from the moment it is assigned. You’ll coordinate all supply chain activities, including procurement, documentation, and logistics, working closely with production and transport teams. You’ll align daily with the Project Manager on planning, milestones, and resources, and collaborate with the Hardware Engineering team to ensure smooth component handovers and on-time deliveries. Accurate documentation and system updates (e.g. in Jira) are essential, and you’ll serve as the main point of contact for all SCM-related matters, working alongside the SCM Manager for strategic coordination.

Your Profile:

  • A background in supply chain, logistics, or project coordination (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple processes independently.
  • Clear communication skills, you’ll interact with internal teams, external partners, and engineering stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Experience with tools like ERP systems, EXACT and Jira is a plus.
