We are seeking a proactive and organised SCM Project Coordinator to strengthen our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for your assigned projects, from procurement to documentation and logistics coordination—ensuring a smooth, timely, and efficient process throughout.
In this role, you take full ownership of a project from the moment it is assigned to you. You will coordinate all supply chain activities, including procurement, documentation, and logistics, working closely with production and transport teams. You will liaise daily with the Project Manager regarding schedules, milestones, and required resources, and collaborate with the Hardware Engineering team to ensure smooth handovers of components and on-time delivery. Accurate documentation and keeping systems such as Jira up to date are essential.
Additionally, you will act as the first point of contact for all SCM-related matters and work closely with the SCM Manager for strategic alignment.
