Junior Sales Manager / Account Manager Europe

Your Mission:
As Junior Sales Manager / Account Manager Europe, you are responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to increase sales within Europe, both with existing customers and new relationships. The focus is on end users, where you act as a supplier of complete sorting solutions, and on integrators, where you serve as a partner for control systems. Through direct contact with customers, you play a central role in identifying new opportunities and developments. You translate these customer needs, in collaboration with the sales engineers, into concrete solutions that meet their requirements.

Your Profile:

  • Has several years of work experience and is committed to professional development. Driven by commercial success and focused on achieving results.
  • Capable of effectively translating customer needs into specific solutions in collaboration with the solution design team.
  • Demonstrates entrepreneurship and enjoys pioneering in new areas or markets.
  • Flexible and willing to travel regularly for work.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a commercial B2B field sales role.
  • Proficiency in at least one, preferably two, foreign languages.
  • Completed a higher vocational education (HBO+) or equivalent in a technical or business-related field, with a strong affinity for technology and business processes.
