Your Mission:

As a Recruiter, you will be part of our HR team and take responsibility for the full recruitment and selection process. You will work closely with hiring managers, advise them on talent acquisition and employer branding, and ensure that the right people join the right teams.

No two days are the same. One day, you may be recruiting for an office-based role, and the next, you could be searching for a software developer, engineer, or technical specialist. To be successful in this role, you will work closely with a variety of departments across the organisation. You will regularly meet with managers and colleagues to gain a clear understanding of their teams, day-to-day activities, and recruitment needs. This enables you to identify candidates who are not only a great fit for the role, but also for our organisation.

As an international organisation, we work with colleagues and candidates from various countries on a daily basis. As a result, you will regularly conduct interviews in English and communicate with international candidates. You will also support recruitment activities for our office in Ahrensburg, Germany, with which we work closely.

You are an enthusiastic recruitment professional who enjoys connecting people and organisations. You build strong relationships with ease, recognise talent, and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. Thanks to your proactive mindset and excellent communication skills, you make a real difference to both candidates and the organisation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Writing and publishing job advertisements 
• Actively sourcing and approaching candidates through a variety of channels 
• Recruiting for a diverse range of roles across office, software, engineering, and technical departments 
• Coordinating the full recruitment and selection process 
• Conducting interviews in both Dutch and English 
• Maintaining relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners 
• Supporting recruitment activities for our office in Ahrensburg 
• Working closely with various departments to understand their hiring needs 
• Contributing to a positive candidate experience 
• Advising hiring managers on talent acquisition and labour market developments

Your Profile:

• MBO+ level of working and thinking, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field 
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment 
• You are just as comfortable picking up the phone as you are sending an email and prefer personal contact whenever possible 
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English 
• Able to switch easily between different stakeholders and job disciplines 
• A proactive, independent, and results-driven approach 
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage 
• You thrive in a dynamic, international working environment where no two days are the same.
