In this role, you combine technical leadership with operational responsibility. You oversee the planning, progress, and allocation of your team across multiple projects and ensure that commissioning activities are carried out efficiently and according to the highest quality standards. At the same time, you serve as a technical mentor and sparring partner for the engineers. Thanks to your extensive knowledge of Siemens PLC systems, you are able to coach, challenge, and support them in solving complex technical issues. You remain closely involved in project execution and maintain oversight of progress, quality, and technical challenges throughout the commissioning phase. You work closely with project management, software engineers, and other disciplines to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Overall, this is a versatile role where you combine leadership, technology, and project coordination while making a significant contribution to the successful implementation of innovative automation solutions worldwide.
