Senior Software Developer

Your mission:
Our Research & Development department is working hard on innovations for industrial automation systems. As a Senior Software Developer, you will work on a wide range of projects, from communication with hardware to integrations with customer environments. Your primary focus will be on C++ development (both Linux and Windows), maintaining, expanding, and optimizing existing systems. Depending on the project, you will also work on new functionality and improvements within complex software environments.

  • Maintain and further develop existing C++ codebases
  • Design and implement new functionality
  • Develop software for both Linux and Windows environments
  • Integrate with hardware, PLCs, and external systems
  • Analyze and solve technical issues in production environments
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (hardware, software, systems engineering)

Your profile:

  • Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in professional software development
  • Strong experience with C++ (essential)
  • Experience with Linux and/or Windows development
  • Solid knowledge of multithreading and performance optimization
  • Experience with industrial systems, hardware integration, or embedded software is a plus
  • Experience with Python and/or Java is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
