At EAE Solutions, we are looking for an experienced and driven colleague who will play a key role in shaping and executing our commercial and technical strategy. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will take ownership of customer-specific solutions, manage complex projects during the proposal to phase, and act as a sparring partner for both customers and internal stakeholders. You will help steer business development activities, mentor colleagues, and contribute directly to the growth of our organization.
The ideal candidate has a completed HBO or WO degree in (Technical) Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a comparable field. You bring at least 3 years of relevant experience in a Sales Engineering or comparable technical-commercial role. You have proven ability to manage complex projects, build long-term client relationships, and translate technical knowledge into commercial success. A strong command of both Dutch and English is required; German is an advantage. You are solution-oriented, commercially minded, and comfortable taking initiative.
